My recent stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. the staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, from providing fresh and delicious food to even assisting me with transportation when needed. the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the rooms. the location of this hotel is convenient, with Augharnath Mandir and Kids Park nearby for some sightseeing.

There were a couple of areas that could use improvement. the lack of wifi in the rooms was a downside, especially for those needing to work remotely.

Enjoyed a luxurious upgrade to a suite with attentive staff. Loved the shoe cleaning service and the comfortable stay. the breakfast options were a treat, felt like royalty by the pool.

No alcohol served; I missed the chance to have a stiff drink.

My recent stay at Royal 9 was amazing! the room was cozy with a stunning view. I would DEFINITELY choose it again. the lobby was even better than the photos.

Very clean hotel, staff are very friendly and welcoming. the food is fresh and very good. Staff go out of their way to help you - even got vicks for my sore throat. Helped with transportation needs. Upgraded to suite, staff attentive to needs. Garden area for relaxation. Close to Kids Park and Augharnath Mandir, enhancing family bonding. Would recommend! .

The double room felt cozy with a lovely garden view, perfect for my karaoke nights.

The tap water overflowing in the bathroom kinda dampened my experience. Pros: the suite was a blessing with a tumble dryer.

The manager allowed me to keep it behind the downstairs desk, ensuring it was protected from tinkering or potential theft.
