Exceptional decor and superior fit/finish. Very good front desk staff and polite housekeeping staff. Awesome interiors and great menu selection. Comfortable and user-friendly rooms. Veg restaurant with delicious food. Prompt and efficient service from managers. Aesthetically done rooms with beautiful wooden carved cupboards and cabinets. Well-equipped bathrooms with an awesome shower and amenities such as hair dryer and soap dispenser. Convenient location with easy access to autos and sightseeing spots. Perfect location for shopping and sightseeing. Fabulous room service and cleanliness. Supreme rooms with automated massage chairs for ultimate relaxation

The hotel has a fantastic location in the city, making it easy to explore the area. The complimentary breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious and had modern amenities such as an automated massage chair which was fantastic after a long day of exploring.

The hotel staff used our personal items such as my wife's makeup and stained our newly purchased nail polish. When we brought this to their attention, they did not take any responsibility or offer any honest feedback.

I had a wonderful stay at Sai Palace in Mangalore. The exceptional decor and superior product made me feel like I was in a luxurious oasis. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The interiors were stunning and the menu selection at the restaurant was great. I especially enjoyed the delicious options at the veg restaurant. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and user-friendly, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I highly recommend Sai Palace for a fantastic stay.

I did experience a few drawbacks during my stay. Additionally, the housekeeping was quite poor.
