The hotel's location is good for exploring the city during Xmas. The staff was friendly and the room had a nice view of the surroundings. the dining area offered tasty food for breakfast.

On the other hand, the hotel's room was not very clean and had an old and dusty atmosphere. The bedding and carpets were not well kept.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Darjeeling and I must say, the location was fantastic. It was conveniently close to popular attractions like Keventers and Glenarys, making it easy to explore the area. The central location was definitely a plus point for me. I would recommend this hotel for its great location.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's convenient location near the market area and within walking distance of the mall. The rooms on the ground floor offered a nice view of the city, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options.

No improvement necessary, everything was satisfactory.
