This hotel was a bit of a mixed bag for me. the setting, top-notch; the food, not so much. the staff seemed a bit disorganized, but the room was large and comfy. After a weird check-out experience, I left with mixed feelings about this place. It definitely has potential, but they need to get their act together. the riverside view from my room was a definite highlight. a quirky but decent spot for a short getaway.

LOVED the spa & wellness center! Service needs improvement, but overall worth it. Photos don't do justice. Would visit again!

We had a blast chilling by the pool and grooving at the riverfront. the play area and indoor games kept us entertained for hours. the view from the balcony was sick, dude!

More lively nightlife options for the young crowd would have been epic.

The quality of food at the hotel was outstanding, and Mr Nur and the staff provided exceptional service that left a lasting impression. the lack of maintenance in the rooms was disappointing - unclean carpets, worn-out mattresses, and various other issues made the stay less than comfortable. Despite the downsides, the well-manicured lawns and landscaping added charm to the property.

The cat swimming and fish walking experience at the hotel was as fascinating as a whimsical fairytale coming to life before my eyes. I felt like I had stepped into a magical realm where the unexpected became the norm, making my stay truly unforgettable.
