The view from the hotel was breathtaking and the location was the perfect spot for a romantic getaway. The front office staff was accommodating and made us feel welcome. The dinner and lunch menus provided good options with delicious food to choose from.

The lack of hygiene in the washroom was also a concern. there was no way to communicate to the staff that we did not want the bed linen changed during our stay, which was wasteful.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is simply breathtaking, situated amidst a tea estate and providing a superb view. The staff here were all very pleasant and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Neha at the front office went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The room service was top-notch, providing us with prompt and efficient service whenever we needed it. We also appreciated the car hire service, which made exploring the surrounding areas much easier. The hotel also offered convenient services like dry cleaning and laundry, which added to the overall comfort and convenience of our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
