I had a great time staying at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, with special mention to Shraddha at the restaurant for her warm welcome and attentive service. The location on GST in this city was perfect, offering easy access to transportation and other amenities. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit different tastes.

As soon as I arrived, this hotel immediately made me feel like royalty with its exclusive amenities and stunning décor. The staff at the restaurant, particularly Shraddha, were incredibly welcoming and receptive and always made sure I had everything I needed. The room advantages were fantastic and I felt completely spoiled with the private facilities available.

The only minor issue I experienced was related to in-room dining, as it required some effort and the service could have been slightly better. The lack of front office knowledge on certain aspects of the hotel was a bit surprising as well, but it was only a minor inconvenience.

The staff was helpful and kind during check-in and suggested a cash payment in person. Food served in the restaurant had some good options and was well-prepared. The hotel's location was an excellent base for exploring the city's attractions.

The hotel's in-room dining service needs some improvements. The staff forgets to submit bills and the front office team has inadequate information on GST.
