Our stay at this hotel was a luxurious experience that fulfilled all of our exclusive amenities needs. The spa and wellness center was exceptional, with an outdoor swimming pool and sauna that provided the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. The service was impeccable, with a trained staff available to provide massages, full-body treatments, and even Beauty treatments with make-up services. The restaurant was lavish and had a diverse menu, offering in-room breakfast, dinner, and poolside snack bars that catered to all dietary needs.

The only minor issue we encountered was a slow check-in process that took longer than expected. Despite this, the hotel's private facilities and location advantages made up for it with a sun terrace, garden area, and leisure/TV room providing comfortable spaces to unwind.

During my thanksgiving stay, I appreciated the great complementary breakfast spread offered by the hotel. The eggs were cooked to perfection, the croissants were flaky, and the coffee had a great flavor. the hotel's location was ideal, as it allowed easy access to key tourist attractions in the city. Lastly, the hotel's staff was welcoming and attentive, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I experienced some minor inconveniences during my stay, such as having a sink that only had very hot water and some lights in my room that were not working properly. These inconveniences did not ruin my overall stay but may be an issue for other guests.
