A great team indeed! the Front Office Manager Mr Avinash Chandola not only upgraded our room to a suite but also made us feel like VIPs. Miss Anshika's room decoration skills were on point, creating a fairy-tale vibe. Beyul's roof lounge felt like a mini concert with amazing ambience, thanks to the live music. Cons: Balcony roof absent.

A wish for a better vacation for seniors: Warm the swimming pool.

Our purpose was a family getaway for two nights. the staff at Hyatt Regency was exceptional. the rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. the variety of food in the restaurants was delightful, and the pool area was enjoyable. the infinity pool offered a stunning view, and the kids' club was a big hit with our children. the hotel's eco-friendly approach with reusable glass bottles was a plus.

stayed at a charming hideout in the lap of nature with a welcoming staff. Hyatt Regency was a great choice with efficient check-in even during a busy time. New property with excellent facilities, diverse food menu, and a fun kids club. Enjoyed the infinity pool view and the pleasant staff, especially Anshika, Sonia, Kalam Singh Negi, Sanjay. the breakfast was excellent, and the skyview bar, Beyum, and spa were highlights. A fabulous view and relaxing evening mood lighting added to the experience.

the lack of attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and staff professionalism could be improved at this hotel.

the staff, especially Anshika and Sonia, were exceptional. the food was varied and delicious. the noisy environment and lack of room change as requested were disappointing. Despite this, I appreciated the spacious rooms and children's activities available.

The resort offered beautiful and spacious rooms, with a comfortable bed and amazing views. the food was delicious and offered a wide variety of options for all tastes. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to all our needs.

The location was a bit inconvenient as it required a private car or taxi to get around if one wanted to eat out. the lobby lacked warmth and was cluttered with luggage which was a bit off-putting.

Very beautiful and serene property, neat and clean rooms, comfortable stay with kids, good and courteous staff, great variety in dinner buffet, delicious and extensive breakfast spread.

the packed lunches took a bit longer than expected, and the timing of the dinner was not very precise.

The hotel's location is convenient, as it is situated on the way to Mussorie, making it easy to access the hill station. Guests can hire taxis to explore nearby dining options, and the hired taxis are stationed at the front desk. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering a refreshing change from regular luxury hotels with smaller rooms. The breakfast spread is delicious and extensive, with a variety of options to choose from.

One negative aspect is that the road leading to the hotel is in poor condition, making the final kilometer a rough ride.
