The staff was attentive and security conscious, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. The beautiful pool area and well-appointed rooms added to the overall experience. I was particularly impressed by the amazing breakfast and the courtesy of the staff who packed breakfast for our early morning departure.

The location is perfect for a quick transfer from the airport, just 5 minutes away. The executive rooms offer a great view of the pool and the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms are top-notch. The hotel's health suite is excellent, and the executive lounge provides a peaceful spot for pre-dinner drinks and breakfast. The spa services are highly recommended, especially since they operate late into the night. The staff is incredibly courteous and helpful, making guests feel well taken care of. The hotel also maintains high safety standards with regular sanitization and mask enforcement.

The clean room was furnished beautifully. The hotel offered a variety of Indian and Italian food, including delicious pizza. We highly recommend visiting the spa.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to various parts of the city. It was also close to the international airport, which made it convenient for travelers. the hotel offered free drop-off and pick-up services, which was a nice gesture.

There were some minor issues with the room cleanliness and upkeep. the cleaning standards could have been better, and the newspaper was not delivered regularly.

The chef at the banquet provided amazing cuisine at our seminar event. We were pleasantly surprised and thoroughly pleased. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, especially Chef Murugan, who took special care of my dietary needs. Efficient staff, with Pratiksha from guest relations being quick and kind. Awesome breakfast spread and coffee shop staff.
