The staff at Security, Concierge & Front Desk were especially remarkable, always greeting guests with a smile and going above and beyond to assist with any issues. The hotel's location is also ideal, just a short drive from the airport with minimal traffic.

During my recent stay at Hyatt Regency, we had the most amazing experience at the temperature-regulated swimming pool. The clean and warm water made me feel like I was at a luxurious Hungarian bath house. The swimming coach, Yogesh Pandit, was an exceptional expert who went above and beyond to teach us accurate swimming skills. His attention to detail and willingness to offer tips to all guests was truly commendable. Thanks to Yogesh, I was able to improve my swimming technique even at the age of 37. I highly recommend his classes to anyone wanting to learn swimming. I would definitely recommend Hyatt Regency for its exceptional amenities and high standards of hygiene.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport, with helpful staff. The gym and pool are great. The spa is relaxing and the restaurant has accommodating chefs. The bar has a talented and courteous bartender. The breakfast staff, particularly Padmakhi, provide excellent service.

The hotel is conveniently located near Phoenix mall, making it easy to access shopping and entertainment options. Additionally, it is very close to the airport, adding to its convenience. Courteous staff, clean rooms, prompt room service, fulfilling breakfast, useful 24x7 gym. All requests catered to at check-in. Safety and security for solo women travelers. Spacious rooms with amenities, exceptional room service. Helpful and available staff. Great views overlooking nearby buildings. Zeta restaurant has a great menu with excellent recommendations and customization. Hotel located a bit far from tourist spots, but not a concern for staycationers. 20-minute drive from railway station.

the staff and cleanliness were outstanding, spa was relaxing, and the restaurant had great options for vegans! I'll definitely call ahead next time for a special meal at Zeta.

Ac leaked and room smelled badly.

The pool at the hotel was clean and well, maintained, perfect for a refreshing swim. the gym facilities were also top, notch, with a great range of equipment to choose from. Plus, the hotel's location was fantastic , right in the heart of the city, close to major attractions and shopping centers. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable.

The rooms, however, were a letdown. They felt outdated and in need of a renovation.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and maintenance were impressive, and we felt secure throughout our time here. The front line staff was active and responsive, always ready to help with any queries or requirements. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a good variety of in-house restaurants and a close proximity to a mall for shopping. The breakfast spread was extensive, with chefs willing to prepare any dish we desired. One particular chef, Gopal, made a delicious custom parantha for us in no time.

Everything was fantastic.

The service at the hotel was exceptional. the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any request. the housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping my room clean and tidy throughout my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to key attractions and easily accessible. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options offered at the hotel.

Room for improvement. There were a few areas that could be improved upon during my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency Pune. The Arogya Spa was a highlight for us. The therapists were highly skilled and provided personalized treatments. The gym had top-quality equipment, and the pool was well-maintained and temperature-controlled. The staff both at the spa and hotel were incredibly helpful and professional. We also enjoyed the delicious Sunday brunch. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
