The staff and service at this boutique hotel were exceptional. the owners provided a personal and friendly experience, and the food was consistently delicious. the courtyard offered a peaceful and green outdoor space to relax in, and the location was convenient to major attractions.

The rooms were slightly smaller than expected, but were still clean and comfortable. the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but this was not a major issue as we spent most of our time exploring the nearby sights.

I got great value for my money at Ikaki Niwas - A Heritage Boutique. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect, away from the busy roads but still easily accessible. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with any needs and making me feel like part of their family.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.
