The food was truly amazing at Itc Royal Bengal. I loved the variety of options and the freshness of the dishes. Despite the breakfast rush, the staff worked efficiently to serve everyone. I recommend this hotel.

The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, which was great. The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to local marketplaces and easily accessible. the ambience of the property was quite nice, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The service was extremely disappointing. It took forever to get any issues fixed, and there was a lack of communication regarding the electricity and AC problems upon check-in.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Entering the lobby, this hotel radiates luxury with its mesmerizing decor. the room was elegant, with an exclusive view of the city. the Spa & Wellness center was a real haven of pleasure. the Sauna, Swimming pool, and Jacuzzi were of the highest standard. We enjoyed the rejuvenating Body scrub and Massage, and the Spa lounge was particularly relaxing. the treatment room was spacious and decorated with delightful ambiance. the hotel's exquisite Beauty treatment left us feeling like royalty.

The only minor issue we found was the length of time it took for the Bed and breakfast to be delivered to the room. the restaurant's menu showcased exquisite Continental breakfast options;

As business travelers, we were impressed with the exemplary breakfast and fabulous dinner buffet at the hotel. The elegant ambiance, delicious food, and great views made it a true five-star experience. The valet parking was smooth and the lobby was grand with its marble and warm lights. The room had a great view from the french window, and watching the traffic at EM Bypass was quite enjoyable. Although we missed having a full-size window for even better views, overall, the hotel provided a wonderful stay in Kolkata.

Our Easter stay exceeded expectations! the complementary fruit baskets and daily cleaning service made us feel like royalty. the hotel's central location allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area and soak in the vibrant city atmosphere. One of the best aspects was the rooftop pool with an amazing view of the city.

Although the staff were friendly, there were a few delays and we had to request things twice. the breakfast area had a tendency to get crowded and messy.

As a bigger group of friends, we loved the opulent ambiance, spacious rooms, and spectacular buffet at the Grand Market Pavilion.

Felt like VIPs, nothing was too much trouble.
