I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was unbeatable - nestled on the banks of Lake Pichola, it offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Being situated in the heart of the old City area named Lalghat, it was incredibly convenient as all the major attractions were within walking distance. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was impeccable. They were always ready to help and ensure that all my needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Along with basic amenities, my room even had a good bathroom. Additionally, the rooftop restaurant served a delicious breakfast with great views, making it the perfect way to start the day.

Had a fantastic Xmas stay in an old house turned lovely hotel. the staff are super friendly and helpful, making us feel at home all the time. the food is amazing, especially the rooftop restaurant with stunning views. Plus, we got complimentary laundry service and a map of the city with tips for exploring. the location is perfect- everything we needed was within walking distance. Best of all, our room had a view to die for, making our mornings unforgettable!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Our stay at Jaiwana Haveli was fantastic! We had a free upgrade to a corner apartment with an amazing view of the sunset over the lake and hills. The staff was helpful and even called me about my forgotten wallet. The location in the old town was perfect, close to City Palace. The rooftop restaurant provided another great view. Rooms were clean and the check-in staff, especially Harsh, gave us excellent advice and a map of key attractions.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

The location of this hotel is very nice – easy walking distance from the Jagdish Temple, the City Palace, and the Bagore ki Haveli folk music-dancing-puppet show is right around the corner. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a good view of the lake. The breakfast at the rooftop restaurant is really tasty, and the staff, Laloo and Ravi, are friendly and fun.

The hotel could invest in a better toaster for breakfast.
