Beautiful historic hotel with fabulous gardens and swimming pool. Restaurants and bars offer good food and drinks. Well-equipped rooms. Also, accommodated early check-in and provided a free upgrade. Excellent service and friendly staff.

This hotel provides an exclusive experience to its guests with luxurious amenities such as a well-equipped gym, inviting and clean swimming pool, and beautiful surroundings. The staff is well-trained and courteous, making it a memorable experience. The restaurant serves excellent cuisine and the complimentary breakfast buffet is a great start of the day.

From our room, it was quite noisy at times due to conversations coming from the window side of the room, which faced a scrap yard and probably staff quarters. It was also an eye sore.

I had an absolutely fabulous stay at Jehan Numa Palace. The hotel's location and ambience were impressive, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The food at Shahnama and Under the Mango Tree was exceptional, with dishes prepared by Chef Narender Rajput that showcased the authentic flavors of the region. Ranjan, Surinder, and Ramesh at the restaurant were incredibly hospitable and made dining a wonderful experience. Anupam and Saniya at the front desk were welcoming and warm, making my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend Jehan Numa Palace for a truly enjoyable and relaxing vacation.

Convenient location near landmarks, cool hillside setting, clean and well-maintained rooms, comfortable beds, excellent service, delicious breakfast and local cuisine.

During our stay, we were delighted by the hotel's convenient location near several attractions. We took a leisurely stroll to Bada Lake and enjoyed the peaceful ambiance surrounded by nature. For a simple and delicious supper, we dined at the Italian restaurant on-site, indulging in their delectable pasta dishes. We also visited the nearby famous pond, which provided a serene spot for relaxation. Additionally, we spent quality time at Cafechino café, savoring our coffees amidst a cozy atmosphere.

We were disappointed by the limited variety of facilities available.

The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were great add-ons. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city and its surroundings. The hotel provided free shuttle service to nearby attractions which made our stay enjoyable.

The room's furnishings and decor were a bit outdated and could use some renovation effort. The staff's customer service was somewhat average, not as attentive and friendly as expected from a luxury hotel.
