I always return for my trip stay. Friendly staff advised on places. Hotel meets all needs: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, restaurant, TV, lift, kettle. I enjoy in-room breakfast, luggage room, AC, and no smoking. No pets but childcare available, which is convenient.

the hotel is very clean and relaxing. it's close to near suddar bazaar. the breakfast taste was really good - though we missed the buffet. the rooms are spacious.

the database was very user-friendly, making it easy for me to find the information I needed. the inside parking facility was a big convenience, providing safety and easy access to my car without having to worry about finding a spot outside.

The party going on near our initial room was a bit noisy. the staff kindly moved us to a quieter room without any hassle.

Breakfast was delicious, but missed the buffet. the staff could be more courteous, and the evening hot water availability needs improvement. Would recommend for families seeking a clean and comfortable stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the top-notch service at Jhansi Hotel. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our room change request, and even upgraded us to proper rooms after a minor inconvenience. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms were impressive, and the Lazeez restaurant served delicious meals. The hotel also provided convenient pick-up and drop-off services. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Jhansi.

Was pleasantly surprised by the great service and clean and modern rooms. Loved the delicious food at the on-site restaurant and enjoyed the complementary pick up and drop off service offered by the hotel. the location was just a short walk from the local market area and had ample parking available.

Had a few issues with the hot water, as you needed to give advance notice and the shower was not fully enclosed. the power would go out occasionally in the afternoon and evening.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get to and from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern amenities like a western style bathroom. The staff is welcoming and cooperative, ensuring a pleasant stay.
