My recent stay at J.W. Marriott was absolutely remarkable! The staff was superb, always polite and welcoming. The room on the 6th floor was spacious, clean, and well-fitted, with a massive bathroom and complimentary toiletries. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Access to the executive lounge was a fantastic perk, with coffee, snacks, and drinks available throughout the day. Deepak, a wonderful ambassador for Marriott, even called his mother to recommend great restaurants in Amritsar. The breakfast was magnificent, offering the biggest choice I've ever seen. The rooftop pool was also a highlight. This hotel deserves 11 out of 10!

The food at the hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the chefs were attentive and made sure to check on the quality and if anything else was needed. the staff, with the exception of one person, were friendly, helpful, and made sure that all our needs were taken care of. They were always available and ready to assist whenever required.

There was one staff member who gave us a hard time during check-in. They seemed to have an issue with certain people and this affected the overall experience.

Spacious, comfortable rooms with excellent WiFi. Friendly, polite staff including helpful reception and welcoming doorman. Special requests, such as birthday celebrations, are well executed. Clean and well-maintained facilities. Impressive breakfast buffets.

The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious! the chef's expertise in both vegetarian and fish dishes was evident in the amazing flavors. the momos and lemon butter veggies were particularly outstanding. the breakfast spread was also great, and they even had a selection of Bengali festival items. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, and parks.

I found that there was some music noise that could be heard in the room, which was a bit distracting. the hand wash liquid pump in the washroom was missing, making it a bit inconvenient for hand hygiene.

The check-in process was a little slow, which made the experience slightly less enjoyable. the gym could have been bigger with more equipment so that guests could have a better workout experience.

The exclusive amenities at this luxury hotel really fulfilled my needs. the Spa & wellness center was exceptional; I enjoyed a full body massage and used the sauna which left me feeling rejuvenated. the swimming pool was amazing with its sun terrace and comfortable sun loungers. the garden area was a lovely touch, perfect for a leisure read or just to escape from the bustle of the city.

this was only a minor issue and didn't detract from my overall experience.

The breakfast spread is phenomenal, with a variety of cuisines, including delicious Amritsari Kulchas. The Master Chef takes excellent care of the guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, and the staff is helpful and attentive. The hotel also offers an Executive Lounge, perfect for meetings or evening entertainment. The internet speed is commendable, and the lobby area is beautiful.

The executive lounge interiors need improvement to match the exclusivity it promises.

During my Xmas stay, I was impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food, prepared by talented chefs, was simply amazing. I particularly enjoyed the delicious Indian dishes that were prepared with great care. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, offering easy access to key attractions in the city. The fitness center was another advantage that I enjoyed, as it provided a great space for exercise and relaxation.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. First, there was some noise disturbance coming from a nearby event, which continued late into the night despite my request for it to be resolved.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel special, with a lovely surprise of a bouquet, cake, and card in my room. The complimentary drinks at the bar were a nice touch, and the staff there even recommended delicious snacks. The location, quality of rooms, gym, wet area, cafe, and brewery pub were all top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing hospitality.

My recent stay at JW Marriott in Chandigarh was fantastic! I stayed there for a week on a business trip and found everything to be top-notch. The location was convenient, with just a short drive from the train station. The hotel had excellent facilities, including multiple restaurants, a craft beer brewhouse, an in-house bakery/coffee shop, and a gym and swimming pool. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the chefs prepared delicious food. The room I stayed in was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Additionally, the atmosphere in the hotel lounge was fantastic, thanks to the impeccable service provided by Balbir and Armita. The housekeeping team, Praduman and Anoop, took excellent care of my room, ensuring cleanliness and comfort throughout my stay. Furthermore, the fitness center, along with the dedicated training sessions with Navpreet, added an extra element of enjoyment to my visit. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional dining experience, outstanding housekeeping service, and impressive fitness facilities.
