The attention to detail was impeccable, with little touches like fruit, flowers, and towel displays in the room. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for after-work activities, making it easy to explore the city. the service and amenities provided made my trip feel like a home away from home.

The only issue I had during my stay was with some of the staff being overly solicitous. I felt like my personal space was invaded when they greeted me and walked with me to reception.

The only issue we had was the long waiting times to enter and exit the hotel due to its location on a busy crossroad. However, this minor inconvenience did not affect our overall experience at the venue.

Complementary chocolate on arrival was a nice touch. the view from the rooftop bar was stunning and the drinks were good. the location near the mall and cinema was convenient for entertainment.

The room service was very slow and took a long time to deliver. the breakfast buffet was crowded and felt disorganized.
