We had an amazing stay at Kalappura guesthouse. Jose, our host, was always available and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He organized a rickshaw driver to pick us up from the train station and showed us to our sparkling clean and comfortable room. We enjoyed delicious breakfast and dinner, and loved relaxing on the balcony while watching dragonflies and butterflies. We highly recommend staying at Kalappura guesthouse and taking a boat tour with Kalappura tours.

The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood close to many eating places, in the placid lake, and near the boat stop. The breakfast provided was delicious.

In terms of location, the hotel was situated in a nice residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was also conveniently located near the lake, allowing easy access to enjoy the scenic surroundings.

I had a truly magical and unforgettable experience at Kalappura Homestay. Jose, the host, was incredibly kind, welcoming, knowledgeable. the garden was absolutely beautiful, and the facilities were up to standard. Jose even kindly upgraded us to a better room at no extra cost. the dinner was amazing, especially the pineapple curd. Playing with the two little girls, Annie and Angel, was a lovely time. I will definitely be returning on another trip.

We stayed at a wonderful homestay tucked away in a quiet corner of Alleppey. The host and staff were very accommodating, even preparing a special dinner for me when I wasn't feeling well. They also arranged a fantastic kayaking experience for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it one of the best places we've stayed in Kerala. The homestay was conveniently located, just a short walk from the bus stand.

The location was perfect, close to the backwaters and the beach. The host was also helpful in arranging a boat trip and kayaking on the backwaters. Enjoyed the delicious native dishes and the opportunity to cook in the kitchen. I highly recommend this homestay for a wonderful experience in Alappuzha.

The location in a traditional Kerala backwater village was wonderful, with the hotel close to the canals and near the lake. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always available to help and provide top tips for local restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were great, offering services such as bicycle rentals and the option to buy fresh water. The breakfast provided by the hotel was superb, and we enjoyed it every morning.
