Home away from home! Arriving into the lobby felt like home with warm colors and a welcoming atmosphere. The reception staff, Mohamed Aslam, made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and well-furnished, instantly making us feel at home. The customer service from Aslam was exceptional, as he attended promptly to our requests and provided helpful information throughout our stay. Although there were a few points for improvement, such as reducing the number of switches in the room and considering a laundry room on the property, overall, our experience at Hotel Kamar Residences And Banquets was close to perfection. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beaches of Chennai and the IT hub. The hotel's facilities were superb, including secure parking, clean rooms and washrooms, and a peaceful environment.
