The location of the hotel was truly serene and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful gardens. The rooms were clean and cozy, offering a comfortable stay for families. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that all our requests were taken care of. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the property had a golf course and cycles available for guests to explore the surroundings, adding to the fun and recreational activities.

The phone network and wifi connectivity at the hotel were not very reliable, making it a bit difficult for guests who needed to work or stay connected.

The location was convenient with lots of greenery around the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with heating at just the right temperature for the cold weather. The hotel offered a variety of recreational activities such as cycling, golf, and nature trails which were a bonus.

The hotel staff was not very accommodating. I fell ill during my stay with a medical emergency and requested an early check-out and refund, but they denied my request rudely.

Superb food at Under the Neem, recommended Verde Pizza. Unbeatable experience with a morning cycle ride. Pretty gardens and decor items. Fantastic staycation in nature, perfect for a weekend getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karma Chalets. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Our room was cozy and clean, with all our decoration requests taken care of. We were delighted by the wide range of recreational activities available for all age groups. The food at Under the Neem restaurant was exceptional, especially the Verde Pizza recommended by Mr. Rajesh, who ensured all our requests were met. Exploring the beautiful gardens and taking an early morning cycle ride around the campus was an unforgettable experience. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing staycation amidst nature.
