We thoroughly enjoyed our stay amidst the serene hilltop location with breathtaking views. the rooms are clean and comfortable with good wifi. the staff were kind and helpful in every way, ensuring a pleasant experience. the restaurant offered delicious food with a sufficient breakfast buffet.

the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my experience truly enjoyable. One aspect that could be improved is the limited food menu options, despite the good service provided.

the staff were warm and extremely courteous, making me feel well looked after throughout my stay. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to relax in. the hotel's location, perched on top of the hills of Munnar, offered breathtaking views that were truly remarkable. I particularly appreciated the delicious restaurant food and the lovely chai served on one of the sun decks in the early evening. the stunning infinity pool added to the charm of the property, providing a relaxing spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings.

While my overall experience at this hotel was fantastic, I believe there are a couple of areas that could be improved. the accessibility to the property could be challenging, especially if arriving from certain directions.

I had a wonderful stay at a peaceful resort in Munnar. The well-maintained rooms provided a serene environment away from the city rush. The staff, especially Sindhu and Kala, were extremely polite and humble, greeting everyone with a smile. I also enjoyed the delicious food and the excellent hospitality provided by the resort. I highly recommend this hotel.

The views were jaw-dropping, rooms VERY CLEAN and comfy, restaurant food delicious, sunset amazing. Staff friendly and helpful.

The infinity pool at this mountain retreat is like a sparkling gem amidst the lush greenery, offering a serene sanctuary to unwind and soak in the beauty of nature. Relaxing on a sunbed by the pool feels like floating on clouds above Kerala's breathtaking landscapes. Cons: Remote location.

the early evening chai on the sun deck was a lovely touch, adding to the relaxing atmosphere, standing out among great relaxation options. the only tiny hiccup was having to decide on dinner choices earlier in the evening, yet it did not overshadow the overall wonderful experience. 🌅

From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty by the attentive staff. the leisure room was a great place to unwind and the sun terrace provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area. the private facilities in my room were top-notch and I loved the exclusive amenities. the restaurant offered tantalizing cuisine with exquisite flavors.

While the BBQ facilities were great, I would have liked to see more variety on the menu.
