I always return for city trips. Staff helped with printing boarding pass. Everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, secure parking, luggage storage, 24/7 reception. Flat screen TV, air conditioning. No smoking, on-site dining, and laundry. Perfect for me.

The location was great - near the lakeside with plenty of shops and restaurants. Friendly staff helped with our bags. Good breakfast selection. Clean rooms and comfy beds. WiFi was a bit unreliable. The hotel is a bit far from main attractions, but manageable with Uber. Staff was attentive and accommodating, especially Mr Manoj. Recommended for families.
