Excellent room decor and size, value for money, good food, cultural program in the terrace. Staff went above and beyond, especially Mr. Dey who had a tremendous sense of hospitality. Daily complimentary breakfast with changing menus and rooftop dinner with traditional Rajasthani folk entertainment was splendid. Staff were helpful in sorting out problems with a taxi and assisted with laundry and luggage storage.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms, which made it difficult to sleep due to noise from other guests. Additionally, the breakfast could have had more variety.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff and management were extremely cooperative. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, with high-quality food. The room size and bed were very comfortable, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities like toiletries and a hair dryer. The hotel also prioritized safety and privacy, which made us feel at ease throughout our stay. this place exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again in the future.

I had an amazing stay at Laxmi Palace Heritage Boutique! The value for my money was excellent, with beautifully presented and comfortable rooms. The hotel's central location was perfect, as it was quiet and peaceful despite being close to the main attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and friendly throughout my entire stay.

This place is in a prime location, which allowed me to easily walk to all the main sites and tourist spots. The staff here were incredibly accommodating and were happy to help with any request I had. The prompt service here was impressive, with room service always available. The on-site restaurant had an excellent selection of dishes and the staff were always on hand to make sure my dining experience was enjoyable. The facilities here were superb, with a lovely swimming pool and sun terrace, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel is located away from the noisy street and close to all shopping areas. It is outside of the pink city center but still a convenient location. The room had attractive decorative paintwork. The small pool and rooftop turrets were a nice addition. The breakfast had a good variety of Indian and Continental options.

There were inconsistencies with the facilities. The shower didn't allow for hot water, and the AC remote was broken.

The property was beautifully maintained and clean. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the food served at the hotel was decent and satisfying. the hotel was conveniently located, with easy access to key tourist spots and attractions. This made it convenient for us to explore the city without any hassle.

One aspect that was a bit disappointing was the lack of a shower divider in the bathroom. This resulted in the entire bathroom getting wet after taking a shower, which was quite inconvenient.

Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was amazing! Received a complimentary bottle of champagne and a box of chocolates upon arrival which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, walking distance to local attractions and restaurants. the rooftop terrace provided stunning views of the city and was perfect for watching the fireworks on New Year's Eve.

The room was a bit small for the price we paid. we had some trouble with the air conditioning on the first night and it took a while for the issue to be resolved.

Despite a 4-hour train delay, they arranged for a car to pick us up promptly. the reception was friendly, check-in was quick, and the room was lovely. We enjoyed dining in their excellent restaurant, especially on the rooftop. the location is brilliant, situated on a peaceful street. We were so impressed that we decided to extend our stay for an extra night. Highly recommended to anyone!
