my recent stay in gangtok was great thanks to le primula. the spacious and clean rooms far exceeded my expectations, especially after my previous hotel experience in the area. the buffet breakfast was delicious, and the terrace views were a lovely bonus during my long journey.

the wi-fi connection was pretty spotty.

The rooms were spacious and always clean, offering a great view of the beautiful mountains. the food was delicious and there was always a variety to choose from. the location was perfect, being close to all the main attractions and public transport.

The hot water was not always reliable and the service could have been better. Despite these minor issues, I had an overall enjoyable experience and would recommend this hotel to others visiting the city.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right at the center of the city and near the famous MG market, making it convenient for shopping. The staff provided exceptional service, from the attentive room service to the helpful car hire and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and had a comfortable sitting area. The highlight for us was the terrace, where we enjoyed stunning views of the city. The free Wi-Fi in rooms was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and convenience.

Although the location of this hotel is not that good in terms of surroundings, it is still close to the MG Road shopping street. We would highly recommend this hotel to others for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient amenities.
