Nothing not to love.

I had one of my best hotel experiences at this place. The staff, right from the door-man to the manager, were friendly and courteous. The location of this hotel was excellent, nestled in a nice area with great bars and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, offering services like massages and steam rooms. Plus, there was free Wi-Fi in public areas, which was a bonus.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel in Mumbai. The location was perfect, with many food joints and cafes nearby, and it wasn't too far from the airport. The hotel was also close to the vibrant Bandra nightlife, which was a great bonus. Our room was comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom and excellent service from the staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we enjoyed the range of facilities offered, including a spa with professional masseuses. it was an amazing experience.

We did encounter one small issue with the initial room assignment.

The hotel had great beds and hot showers with fluffy towels. the location, in a residential neighborhood not far from the seafront, made it easy to walk around. the staff provided daily snacks and delivered newspapers to the room.

The check-in process was a bit confusing and the price for an additional room was inflated. One member of our party was given a different room than what was booked, and we had to settle for an uninspired room on a separate floor.
