I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the new Katra railway station. This made it extremely convenient for me to travel to and from the hotel. Additionally, the room service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. I was particularly impressed with the room amenities, such as the heating, air conditioning, and in-room safe. It truly enhanced my comfort during my stay. Another highlight was the on-site restaurant, which served delicious food. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. Special mention to Mr. Dwarka Nath for his hospitality and friendliness. my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Despite the fantastic experience, there were a few minor setbacks that I encountered during my stay. the approach road to the hotel was often filled with water during rainy days, which made it a bit difficult to navigate.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, being close to the railway station and easily accessible by transport. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture and hygienic bathrooms. The staff was helpful and cordial, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel also provided drop-off and pick-up services to the nearby helipad.

The cost of food was quite high and not worth the taste.

The hotel is located in close proximity to both the railway station and helipad, making it convenient for transportation. The food was tasty, and the vast menu offered a range of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the hotel staff was helpful and cooperative, providing assistance whenever required.

The internet connectivity was not consistent and interruptions occurred frequently. The security measures could have also been improved upon as they did not make me feel completely safe during my stay.
