The location of the resort is unbeatable, being practically 5 feet off the beach at high tide. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, with clean mattresses and comfortable sheets. The bathroom is spacious and well-equipped. The resort offers a buffet breakfast and also has the option to order food at the gate. The beach itself is clean and not crowded, allowing for a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the resort has a friendly and helpful staff, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The road to the resort is not in the best condition, especially during heavy rain, which can make it difficult to access the property.

My stay at Living Room Beach Resort was absolutely perfect. The location right by the beach was breathtaking, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay for the most part, location was great with a quiet and clean beach. Room size was impressive, especially the bed, which was big enough for a couple and two kids. the patio offered a great view of the ocean, perfect for relaxing. Food was tasty at the on-site restaurant, but a bit pricey. Nearby eating options were available.

Breakfast was not included in the package. Some hawkers bothered us on the beach when all we wanted was some peace and quiet.
