A pleasant surprise!

During our recent stay at Lotus 8, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful entrance and lobby. The spacious room provided ample space for relaxation. Though the bathroom was a bit small, it didn't dampen our overall experience. We enjoyed a convenient location near the airport and appreciated the free airport drop-off service. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed. While the food was ordinary, it did satisfy our hunger. The tariff was reasonable, and we were grateful for the warm welcome and attention to detail, such as a personalized welcome board for our special occasion. The well-maintained roof garden added a refreshing touch. We couldn't help but notice the smiles on the faces of the staff, enhancing our experience even further. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as broken locks and noisy kitchen activities, we would still recommend Lotus 8 Hotel for its excellent hospitality and convenient location.

Perfect location close to the airport and convenient for travelers. Spacious rooms with a well-equipped kitchen, living room, and cozy bed. The hotel staff at reception were friendly and offered a drop off to the airport which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel needs to work on maintaining the interior rooms, especially the bathrooms. The food quality was average and not up to 4-star standards.
