Staying at this hostel was a blast! the staff was not only super friendly but also really helpful with everything. the common area was cozy and perfect for chilling out, chatting with other travelers, or just having a lazy morning. the location was a cherry on top, close to all the great cafes and shops. And you could easily walk by the Ganges every morning - such a peaceful way to start your day. Plus, the cleanliness here was top-notch, especially the washrooms, they were always spick and span. It made me feel like home, with friendly staff always ready to assist with any arrangements, be it tickets for trains or buses, or arranging a taxi.

Guests appreciate the cozy common room with board games and a TV. the rooms are well-maintained, with clean sheets and comfortable beds. the engaging staff, especially Arun and Nilesh, enhance the overall experience with their hospitality and assistance to guests.

There were some issues with a persistent smell in the female dormitory bathroom.

Shared lounge with free WiFi, made some new friends while relaxing. Being 9.2 km from Ram Jhula was quite convenient. Dehradun Airport being the nearest, perfect for my next getaway.

Trying to access Tapovan and Main Rishikesh was a real breeze thanks to the closed Laxman Jhula.

Madpackers Rishikesh Og is a hidden gem near Laxman Jhula offering stunning Ganga views and a vibrant atmosphere. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great common spaces. My room had AC directly on the bed, but the staff was accommodating. Perfect for a short stay!

The rooftop terrace at the hostel offers breathtaking views and is a perfect spot to unwind. the staff members are incredibly helpful and attentive to guest needs. the inconsistent water pressure and lack of curtains in some rooms can be improved.
