There were some issues with a persistent smell in the female dormitory bathroom.

Shared lounge with free WiFi, made some new friends while relaxing. Being 9.2 km from Ram Jhula was quite convenient. Dehradun Airport being the nearest, perfect for my next getaway.

Trying to access Tapovan and Main Rishikesh was a real breeze thanks to the closed Laxman Jhula.

Madpackers Rishikesh Og is a hidden gem near Laxman Jhula offering stunning Ganga views and a vibrant atmosphere. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great common spaces. My room had AC directly on the bed, but the staff was accommodating. Perfect for a short stay!

Staff is proactive and friendly, ensuring a fantastic trip. Excellent value for money, will always opt for Madpackers stay.

The rooftop terrace at the hostel offers breathtaking views and is a perfect spot to unwind. the staff members are incredibly helpful and attentive to guest needs. the inconsistent water pressure and lack of curtains in some rooms can be improved.
