they allowed us to check, in early, which was a great help after a short night's rest. the hotel manager, mr raj kumar, was very kind and always available for any assistance. the room and hotel premises were well, maintained and service was prompt with just one call away. we even got a swift taxi arrangement when needed. a definite 5, star experience that we would choose again. cons: nothing to be said 🙁.

The hotel had a good tie-up with a nearby eatery for discounted meals. Plus, they were super quick in arranging a taxi for me. it was convenient and cost-effective.

The room felt tiny, and the added charges at check-in were unexpected. the lack of clarity on room features was frustrating.

Majestic Inn in Thiruvananthapuram is an awesome place to stay near the railway station and key landmarks like Anantha Padmanabha Temple. the staff is polite and the rooms are clean with 24hr hot water. the hotel offers a safe and family-friendly environment, allowing early check-ins and providing prompt service. room size could be improved, and the centralized AC system may not suit everyone's preference. Nearby attractions like Attukal Temple and Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple enrich family bonding experiences.

I keep returning to my favorite stay. the staff saved the day once finding my lost item. It's just right for me with Wi-Fi, security, and airport shuttle. I use the TV often and love the simple check-in. Perfect for my Christmas visit!

We appreciated the early check-in. the non-AC room could have been cooler. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
