If there was one thing that could be improved at this hotel, it would be the comfort of the bed. Although the staff were accommodating, the preference for cash payments could be inconvenient for some guests.

the early check-in was a welcome surprise, and the service staff, especially Moti, added a homely touch. the lush garden, beach access, and nearby landmarks like Sinquerim Fort enhanced relaxation and family bonding. the uncomfortable bed and preference for cash payment were minor drawbacks. the tranquil ambiance and unparalleled hospitality overshadowed these issues, making Marbella a hidden gem in Goa.
