communication lapses within staff

The room is big and comfortable. the housekeeping staff do not speak the native language, which made for some interesting conversations. the restaurant staff could use some lessons in customer service. the noise from the rooftop party was a unique lullaby. the view of the botanical gardens with the peacocks was a nice touch.

During my stay, I was impressed by the convenient location of the hotel. It was situated in a shopping mall, which made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and shops. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchenette. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of both local and international options to choose from.

The restaurant buffet breakfast lacked a sufficient variety of fruits and cold meats.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the location of the hotel, which was not as central as I would have liked. However, this was a minor inconvenience and was outweighed by the numerous positives of the hotel.
