Great location for easy transportation. Neat and clean rooms with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Beautiful bathroom with a nice rainshower and hairdryer. The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of delicious continental and Indian food. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Enjoyed the prime location and lovely breakfast at Mercure. The room was comfortable and clean with a great view. Staff went out of their way to help with a misplaced bag and were friendly throughout my stay. Overall a great experience.

The hotel's complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi service were top-notch. the hotel was centrally located and well-connected to major business hubs. the staff were very courteous and welcoming, making for a comfortable stay overall.

While the staff were friendly, the room service was not up to the mark. the wait times were long and the food quality was inconsistent.

We stayed at this hotel for a medical check-up and were pleasantly surprised by its luxurious amenities. the spacious and modern rooms had exclusive advantages such as a Jacuzzi, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. the restaurant and the bar/lounge area had special diet menus and a packed lunch option available for us. the staff was courteous and efficient in providing us with all the necessary information about the hotel and its spa & wellness centre, which we unfortunately couldn't use due to our schedule.

the entertainment was limited and could have been better.

the room was brand new and comfortable. the staff were kind and helpful, and I was able to arrange a tour with a car and driver through the hotel at a reasonable price. the restaurant is open 24/7, which was convenient. I also appreciated the complimentary safe-box in the room. the room was spacious and very clean. the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast.
