The staff at Mirage Hotel were incredibly warm and courteous, always eager to assist. Special mention to Mr. Varghese at the front desk and Vijay at the restaurant. The small gestures like Mr. Varghese sending extra chocolates to make me feel better and Vijay offering to pack a breakfast for me showed genuine care and made my day. The attention to detail and effort to make guests feel welcome sets the Mirage Hotel apart.

The complimentary breakfast, although simple, satisfied my cravings, especially with options like bacon and ham. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Additionally, the hotel's commitment to sustainability by changing bed sheets only upon request was commendable.

Excellent customer service at Mirage! We arrived exhausted from a long flight, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary restrictions. They specially brewed coffee for me and even made boiled eggs every morning. The F&B employees were polite and always happy to help.

Spent my Easter weekend at a hotel and had a good experience. The hotel had a convenient location with easy access to nearby tourist attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. They provided excellent room service, and the food was delicious. One of the things I enjoyed the most was the on-site spa, which was a great way to relax and unwind.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The noise level in the hotel was quite high, which made it difficult to sleep at times.
