the hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to nearby destinations, such as Panchalimedu and Parumthum para. the attentive staff provided excellent transportation and guided nature walks, enriching my overall experience.

the rooms, especially the Reverie rooms, offer stunning misty river views, providing ample privacy and space for relaxation. the staff's exceptional friendliness and helpfulness add a personal touch to your experience. the on-site Teyla restaurant serves delicious buffet breakfast starting at 8:30 am.

All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory; no significant improvements needed.

My wife and I had a delightful three-night stay at Misty Mountain Experience, chosen for our business trip by our director. the resort lived up to its stunning beauty depicted in the advertisement, offering a serene ambiance and exceptional hospitality. We were warmly greeted by Mr Sanjith Nair upon check-in and provided with informative trekking routes in a lovely brochure. Our Rivière cottage accommodation was cozy, equipped with modern amenities like TV and broadband and featuring a picturesque lake view from the balcony. We enjoyed the daily housekeeping service, complimentary toiletries, and the manager's prompt attention to fix a minor TV issue. the Teyla restaurant, a short walk away, served delicious meals, and the on-site tea factory tour with Mr Albin was informative and enjoyable. the overall experience was enhanced by the peaceful surroundings, perfect for day trips to nearby attractions like Vagamon and Pattumalai.

Limited Wi-Fi connectivity in rooms.
