Convenient location, close to Ashvem beach and restaurants. Comfortable rooms with great sunset view from balcony. Attentive and helpful staff, went out of their way for a special birthday surprise. Clean and newly built property. Easy to find and walkable to nearby attractions.

The hotel was easy to locate and had comfortable beds. Good restaurants within walking distance. The staff, especially Shiva at the front desk, were extremely helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and had beautiful ocean views.

We had an amazing stay at Octave Rococco Morjim. The highlight was when the staff went above and beyond to surprise us with a birthday cake, complete with lit candles, in our room at midnight. The view from our 3rd-floor room was breathtaking, overlooking the ocean and tropical palm trees. The location was perfect, with easy access to Ashvem beach and a short bike ride to Morjim and Mandrem beaches. The room was clean and the hotel had a newly built feel. The attentive and helpful staff made our stay truly memorable.

This weekend was amazing because we found a beautiful and quiet beach with fine sand and clear water. The location was perfect to explore the surroundings, as it was easy to rent a bike and visit other popular beaches and markets. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome and comfortable. We loved the fact that there were good restaurants within walking distance, and that beer and wine were easily available at affordable prices.

Even though we enjoyed the weekend, there were some minor flaws that we noticed. The room could use some improvement in its details, like fixing a leaking sink unit and making sure the curtain rail is fitted properly.
