The hotel offered a clean room and good amenities. The location was perfect for my business trip, with easy access to local transport and nearby businesses. The speedy check-in process was an added advantage.

The hotel lacked flexibility and was very inflexible with requests. I asked for a late checkout and was harshly denied. Additionally, the staff was very disorganized and unprofessional. The morning staff did not communicate with the afternoon staff, resulting in constant reminders about payment and check-out times. my experience was disappointing due to the rigid policies and poor communication from the staff.
