The resort offers all comfort you need in a magical environment that promotes relaxation. the staff is like family, helping with trips and ensuring all needs are met. the food is excellent. the large, clean rooms with balconies provide lovely scenery. the location is great for bird watching and surrounded by beautiful spice plantations. the staff is exceptional, going above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable, despite minor issues with food initially. the access road is a bit challenging, but the hotel amenities and nearby landmarks, like Punarjani Traditional Village and Power House Waterfalls, provide plenty of entertainment for families and solo travelers alike.

The friendly staff, especially Mr Balaji and the reception girl, were the real superheroes of the hotel. They rescued my lost Kindle and jewelry faster than a speeding bullet! Their service was so outstanding, it felt like a scene from a Hollywood blockbuster.

the valley views from the room were breathtaking, capturing the essence of Kerala perfectly. One aspect to improve would be the clarity in directions to reach the property, as some guests might find it confusing.

Big rooms, epic WiFi, and super chill staff like Mr Anoop and Mr Balaji who were the real MVPs. Food was on point, and the views were dope. Felt like we were living our best life!

Wish there were more late-night activities or parties for us party animals. Would've taken the fun to the next level!
