Neat, clean room. Professional staff, prompt response to inquiries. Comfortable stay but not easily accessible by foot due to location. Good views from rooftop.

I spent my New Year at a hotel and had a great experience. the staff was extremely friendly and provided exceptional customer service. I particularly liked the knowledgeable staff members who had great local recommendations for sightseeing. the food was delicious, and I appreciated their attention to cleanliness.

There were a few drawbacks. the location was inconvenient as it required a taxi to reach the main city.

We recently stayed at a hotel just a short walk from MG Road in Gangtok. The room was spacious and the interior was superb. The food served at the hotel restaurant was delicious, just like home-cooked meals. The staff at this property were all great and provided excellent service. We were particularly impressed with the kindness and courtesy of the front office staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
