The hotel was a pleasant surprise despite initial concerns. The spacious room, comfortable bed, and hot water in the bathroom were highlights. Convenient location near the palace and Indian restaurant. Good value for money. cleanliness and parking issues, lack of amenities, and unhelpful staff were disappointing.

Staff printed my boarding pass once. Free parking, 24, hour reception, security, paid airport shuttle, laundry. Perfect for a romantic escape. I keep coming back.

We enjoyed the spacious family room with two big beds and large bathrooms. the hotel is centrally located, with the zoo only a four-minute walk away and the palace a 10-minute drive. Access to the Mall is convenient, and transportation to other tourist spots is easy. Cons: It was all superb.
