Upon arrival, we were informed that our booked room was unavailable due to a medical emergency, but the hotel graciously provided us with alternative rooms free of charge for the first night. They even went the extra mile to prepare welcome drinks and snacks specially for us. The staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. this hotel has the potential to be amazing with a few improvements, especially considering the high prices.

The rooms were neat and tidy, and the view from both the room and the restaurant was breathtaking, with the sound of waterfalls in the background.
