Their gift on my last day added a special touch—my family was hooked! Towel drama aside, the staff made my stay top-notch. A fellow guest's noisy antics couldn't dull their warmth. Comfy beds & delicious food sealed the deal.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, being near the beach gave me easy access to the beautiful Arambol beach. The service here was top-notch, from the friendly and polite staff to the quick and efficient room service, everything was done to enhance my comfort. The hotel amenities were also fantastic, with a variety of options like car hire, dry cleaning, and even bicycle hire. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities like air conditioning, tea and coffee amenities, and a comfortable sitting area. The management also made sure to check in on me during my stay, making me feel valued and cared for.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We had a disappointing stay at Nanu Resort. The property didn't have balconies as advertised, and the windows were sealed shut due to permissions. The limited and unstable wifi, especially in the swimming pool area, was a letdown. The thin walls allowed us to hear everything from neighboring rooms and staff conversations. The staff was unaccommodating unless you were assertive. The uninspiring location with a view of a dumpster didn't help either. The breakfast was just okay, and the in-room dining and restaurant food offered small portions at high prices. The lack of a full roll of toilet paper in the bathroom was a disaster. The one-way shuttle to the beach was inconvenient. The uncomfortable pillows made for a restless sleep. The TV only had Indian channels, and the presence of construction on-site was a disturbance.

The property was new and clean, and we appreciated the nice bathroom. Despite the drawbacks, we had a great stay at Nanu Resort due to the friendly and helpful staff.
