Went for a wedding, hall was spacious but not great for banquets. the rooms were comfy. I lodged a complaint about the drilling noise, they tried to fix it by shifting me. No luck; the noise followed. Remarkable breakfast. One morning, the dosa dude stole the show! the fish thali was delicious. Housekeeping to the rescue! Surely made my stay tolerable amidst the chaos. Would come back for the dosas and fish thali alone! Cheers! .

The distinctive multi-cuisine restaurant overlooking the pool was a delightful surprise. the fresh dosas served were like a culinary masterpiece, and the attentive manager ensured every detail was perfect. It felt like dining in a gourmet paradise.

Kudos to the dosa chef for creating such mouthwatering dishes!

One thing that could be improved is the noise level in some rooms, especially those facing busy roads. Ensuring windows close properly or soundproofing rooms could help enhance guests' sleep quality.

Exceptionally Clean Hotel with Comfortable Beds and Great Breakfast

I was impressed with the spacious and well, furnished Executive room provided. the extra space made my stay much more comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room's decor. The amenities in the database were also top, notch, making it easy to stay connected and comfortable during my visit. Cons: Although the database was user, friendly, I found that the search function could be a bit tricky to navigate at times. It took me a few extra minutes to find what I was looking for, which was a minor inconvenience.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Margao and had a great experience. The staff were efficient, helpful, and friendly. The hotel was impeccably clean and the restaurant, Utsav, served delicious authentic Indian food with a touch of Western and Chinese options. The service at the restaurant was outstanding, with special thanks to Mahendra and Sham for their attentiveness. The 24-hour coffee shop served some of the best coffee we've ever tasted, and the pastries and cakes were a must-try. The front desk, especially Shreya and Sharmila, provided exceptional service. Our room cleaner, Felcy, did an excellent job in maintaining cleanliness. we highly recommend this hotel for both short and long stays.

There were some minor drawbacks during our stay. The communication of the front desk staff could have been better, as there seemed to be a lack of coordination among them.

The hotel's location was key, with all the shopping and restaurants within walking distance. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and good sound insulation. the buffet breakfast had a few options, but the standout was the coconut juice, a must-try.

There were also quite a few downsides. the service at the hotel was slow and lackluster, and the front desk staff had poor communication amongst themselves.

This hotel is in a great location, with beautiful beaches nearby and it's slightly away from the main market. The room and bathroom are clean, and the staff provide courteous and helpful service. The breakfast spread is tasty and varied, with a 24-hour cafeteria available. The reception team is polite and responsive, and the hotel is close to the town centre.

There were some noisy guests who disturbed the peace late at night.
