Cheap and good laundry service. Comfortable bed and hot showers with low pressure but adequate. Many excellent nearby restaurants.

I had an excellent stay at a lovely, peaceful retreat in a beautiful beach location. The staff at New Common Home were friendly and accommodating, always greeting me with a warm smile. The spacious and clean rooms provided excellent value for money. The restaurant served delicious food, and there were also many other great dining options nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing beach getaway.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. the rooms were excellent, spacious, and clean. We stayed in the studio room, which came with a kitchen and washing machine - a godsend! the big terrace was a lovely addition. the hotel had the same high standards as the bigger hotels in the area, but at a fraction of the price. the restaurant and bar area on the beach was perfect, with comfortable loungers and a delicious and reasonably priced menu. Even if we had more to spend, we would choose this hotel again. Thank you for an amazing time!

our honeymoon stay in agonda was amazing, but our recent stay at this beachfront cottage surpassed all expectations. the helpful staff, excellent service, and delicious seafood made it truly memorable. a special shoutout to karan and his team for their warm hospitality. highly recommended!
