Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience! From the spacious and clean room to the unmatchable in-room breakfast, everything was top-notch. the staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making our stay one of the best we've ever had. the room service was prompt and excellent, ensuring we had everything we needed without any hassle. the peaceful ambience and well-maintained garden area added a touch of tranquility to our relaxation.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. the TV in our room wasn't working, which was a bit disappointing.

The freshly made sandwiches were like legendary quests on a plate. Plus, the staff's politeness and the pristine room won over hearts. And don't get me started on the egg-cellent breakfast!

Ok, so some orders went MIA and tested our patience. the bath bomb dream didn't soak in, and toiletries were meh.

Had a good time during xmas at this hotel. the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. Enjoyed the spacious and clean room. the breakfast eggs were delicious, and the polite, exceptional staff provided excellent room service.

The TV didn't work, and despite efforts, the issue wasn't resolved. Limited facilities due to multiple parties occurring.

we stayed at Zone Niathu Dimapur By the Park and had a wonderful time. the room was spacious, clean, and the staff was very polite and cordial. the breakfast, especially the eggs, was unmatched. overall, our experience was good, with excellent room service and a calm ambiance.
