The breakfast was good and the location was convenient for my business meetings. The staff was friendly.

The room was not clean, the sheets had stains and the bathroom floor looked dirty. The noise from outside made it hard to sleep at night.

The luxurious amenities provided in this hotel exceeded our expectations. the staff was very friendly and attentive, always available to cater to our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was a great place to relax and unwind, offering various massage options. the food at the restaurant was exceptional, with delicious dinner and breakfast options, including packed lunches and special diet menus. the serene garden area and picnic tables provided a perfect setting for outdoor entertainment.

the hotel staff was prompt in addressing our concern and could have sorted it out if we had asked.

Exceptional staff, warm and friendly. Made our anniversary special with beautiful decorations. Best food we've had in our 6-month stay in India. Comfortable beds with luxurious toppers and feather pillows. Our sons loved the fish and chips. Amazing breakfast, especially the omelette. Enjoy your stay!

The staff at Niraamaya made my stay truly exceptional. They went above and beyond to make my anniversary special, decorating the table with rose petals and heart decorations. The chef's culinary skills were outstanding, and the food was the best I've had in India. The comfortable beds and delicious breakfast were also highlights of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.
