During my Christmas stay, the staff was friendly and willing to help with any needs we had. The dining room offered delicious food, and the poolside area was a great spot to relax. the location was perfect for us, with beautiful surroundings and great views.

There were some downsides that detracted from our experience. We found the rooms to be average, lacking in technology and requiring an upgrade.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I was greeted with outstanding hospitality. The staff was prompt and friendly, eager to ensure that every need and desire was met. Special shout outs to Nikhil and Hirok for their excellent service during my stay. The luxurious amenities provided a truly indulgent experience, from the spacious and well-appointed rooms that offered breathtaking views, to the delectable food that exceeded my expectations. I was truly pampered and felt like a VIP throughout my entire stay.

If I had to mention one minor issue, it would be the lack of female therapists at the spa. This meant that women were unable to receive certain desired treatments.

The location of the resort provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The spacious rooms offered a great view and were outfitted with comfortable furniture. The staff was prompt and friendly, providing outstanding hospitality throughout the stay.

Some of the facilities lacked proper maintenance, such as broken snooker cues in the sports facility.

The food at the resort was delicious, and I enjoyed every meal. The spacious room had a great view, allowing me to relax and unwind. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel for a quiet getaway.

While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The bathroom door in the Himalayan Cottage was not properly fixed, and the exhaust fan was quite noisy.
