Honestly, I can't think of any significant negative aspects during my stay. The only thing that could have been better was the selection of TV channels, but that's a really minor thing, and I was too busy exploring the city to watch TV anyway.

Clean, friendly rooms with good WiFi reception. Restaurant serves good food. Lovely rooftop for drinks and relaxation. Helpful staff, even non-English speakers.
