The standout feature of my stay at this accommodation in North Centre was the exceptional service provided by the staff members Akil & Mohammed, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Despite minor inconveniences such as repetitive breakfast options and a lack of variety, the friendly and accommodating service truly made my experience unforgettable.

My recent stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. the staff, especially Akil and Mohammed, were outstanding - always smiling and willing to assist. They even organized a fabulous Kerala tour for me, making my vacation unforgettable. the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering good value for money. the location was convenient, just a short walk from the metro and railway stations, as well as various shops and restaurants.

One aspect that could be improved is the breakfast variety. While the food was decent, having more options, including eggs, would be appreciated by guests staying for an extended period.

The clean, spacious rooms and perfect ladies dormitories exceeded all expectations, making for a comfortable stay. Staff were SUPER FRIENDLY, and the central location was perfect for exploration.
