Despite minor inconveniences such as repetitive breakfast options and a lack of variety, the friendly and accommodating service truly made my experience unforgettable.

My recent stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. the staff, especially Akil and Mohammed, were outstanding - always smiling and willing to assist. They even organized a fabulous Kerala tour for me, making my vacation unforgettable. the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering good value for money. the location was convenient, just a short walk from the metro and railway stations, as well as various shops and restaurants.

One aspect that could be improved is the breakfast variety. While the food was decent, having more options, including eggs, would be appreciated by guests staying for an extended period.

the room was spacious, quiet, and the bed cozy, making my stay relaxing. the ladies' dormitories were surprisingly comfortable, providing all necessary amenities. the location, just a short walk from the metro and railway station, was convenient. Akil & Mohammed's excellent service stood out, as they went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay, even arranging a memorable Kerala tour for me.
